Phoenix JV

In November 2023, Bonterra and Osisko Mining entered into an earn-in and JV agreement on what is being called the Phoenix JV, where Osisko Mining (now Gold Fields) can earn 70% with a C$5 million up front payment (paid) and C$30 million in expenditures over three years. As of August 2024, the JV has drilled 60,000 m and made a promising discovery of Lynx-style mineralization at the Moss target.
