En novembre 2023, Bonterra et Osisko Mining ont conclu une entente de participation et de coentreprise sur ce qu’on appelle la coentreprise Phoenix, où Osisko Mining (maintenant Gold Fields) peut gagner 70 % avec un paiement initial de 5 millions $ CA (payé) et 30 millions $ CA de dépenses sur trois ans. En août 2024, la coentreprise avait foré 60 000 m et fait une découverte prometteuse de minéralisation de type Lynx sur la cible Moss.
